Reading about fair use has made me feel better (and freer) about using copyrighted material in the classroom, but I'm still not totally clear on what I can and cannot do. I always have felt that if I wasn't making money on it, that it was probably safe, but that doesn't seem to necessarily be true. I like the concept that fair use is really to be driven by educators and not top down from lawyers. I will try to have more conversations about this topic with other educators.
